Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of acknowledgment (except on Holidays and weekends). All orders that are processed after 3:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on Fridays or on Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed on the following Monday. At checkout, you can choose your shipping preference.

What if I am looking for a part and I don't see it online?

If you are searching for a part and it is not on our website, please contact us and we will find it for you!

What are your hours?

B&B Truck Parts is available Monday – Thursday from 7:30am – 5:30pm EST, Friday 7:30am – 4pm EST, and Saturday 7:30am – 12:00pm EST. All orders placed on or after 3:00pm EST on Fridays and over the weekends will be processed the following Monday (with the exception of holidays).

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once the product(s) is/are processed and paid, we will email an invoice.
